Job Description:

Join our clients dynamic team as a Marketing Administrator/Coordinator! In this role, you'll support key marketing systems and help drive exciting campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting users with website, reporting, and marketing platforms
  • Managing national email marketing campaigns and templates
  • Keeping our website content fresh and up-to-date, reporting on outdated material
  • Supporting content creation, including articles, photography, and minor design work
  • Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team and external agencies on various projects
  • Crafting engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Providing admin support to the Marketing Executive, including maintaining an order log and coordinating signage for sales offices
  • Assisting with the setup and management of IT for sales teams

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of social media applications and content management (Sitecore CMS is a plus!)
  • Experience with email marketing and Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in Administration or Sales & Marketing roles
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
