Job Description:

This role calls for a proactive individual who can quickly learn the working of marketing activation tools, and apply technical knowledge to meet business needs. Acting as a team lead, you will execute and guide team member on required tasks, ensuring that all deliverables undergo thorough validation and quality assurance. You will exercise your independent judgment to identify and determine best method for accomplishing work, and implement solutions for common business issues, while also seeking advice in order to make decisions on more complex business issues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Point-of-contact and subject-matter expert for business operations on marketing activation tools
  • Manage event set ups in support of HPE led marketing events, including landing pages, check-ins, lead capture
  • Guide team member on required tasks and execution
  • Allocate, monitor and track tasks to resources
  • Ensure deliverables are tracked, coordinated across teams, of high quality, and meet timelines/SLAs
  • Ensure deliverables are in compliance to corporate policies
  • Work with cross-functional/cross-organizational to optimize workflows and operating efficiency
  • Identify/develop metrics/ benchmarks on and provide insights into performance
  • Operations support of assignments

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 7+ years marketing and project management or operational experience
  • Experience in marketing tools and applications
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing activities and practices, tools and procedures
  • In-depth knowledge and/or experience in business and marketing strategies
  • Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • ability to manage virtual teams
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Fluent English
  • Detail oriented and excellent execution skills
