Job Description

Associa is looking for an account service professional to manage a portfolio of internal and external clients. This position resides on the marketing team comprised of account service, design, copy and digital/data ops groups. This role works with our sales team to develop and execute email campaigns, events, ads, collateral, etc. for lead generation efforts. This position also works with branch leaders to provide marketing support including client communications and other client retention efforts. In addition, this role provides marketing support for some non-branch accounts that include a mix of products, services and programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Working closely with other marketing team members to create and manage marketing campaigns, events and advertising collateral for sales and branch clients
  • Working with third-party vendors to execute on-time deliverables such as direct mail, print collateral, promotional items, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
  • Consulting with regional sales directors, business development managers and branch/ops leaders on marketing strategies/plans
  • Completion of projects from start to finish
  • critical elements include management of content contributors, timelines/due dates, distribution lists and budget, and ensuring that work upholds brand standards and reflects consistent messaging across channels
