Job Responsibility

  • Support commercial strategy development and alignment
  • Evaluate and define product and market opportunity & forecast the impact on overall business
  • Cultivate external opinion leader relationship
  • Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts
  • Support the development and implement of market access plans, to bring innovative product to China at fast speed
  • Lead projects as planned
  • Lead & partner with cross functional teams of Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Finance, Market Access etc. colleagues to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process
  • Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment
  • Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables
  • Coordinate with regional Market and maximize New Product opportunity for China (Global engagement to understand product, priorities, global strategy, regional trends, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred
  • At least 2-5 years marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 1-2 years Project management experience
  • Product management experience is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word is must have

Nice to have

  • Preferred demonstrated self-motivation ,strong execution and strong communication skills
  • Track record of working collaboratively across functions
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred
