Job Responsibility:
Implement a comprehensive store marketing plan aligned with country strategy, commercial priorities, and market insights, ensuring it supports the store's business goals and customer experience
Collaborate with store and customer teams to plan and execute activities that drive visitation, revisitation, and customer conversion, with a focus on IKEA Family initiatives and partnerships to increase household penetration and loyalty
Analyze customer feedback, IKEA Family data, and store performance to identify business opportunities within the PMA
Use insights to amplify IKEA’s local impact in collaboration with SO Marketing, ensuring cost-effective execution
Work closely with SO Marketing, Communications, and Customer Engagement teams to create local relevant content that enhances the in-store experience and supports long-term customer relationships
Proactively participate in SO marketing forums to address opportunities for scalable initiatives based on market insights
Undertake additional tasks and global/local projects to drive IKEA’s retail operations forward
Requirements:
Very good understanding about statistics, research method and data analysis
Ability to think strategically and formulate research and distribution plan for the city and PMAs
Ability to lead vendors (research and distribution) in a high drive role
Ability to create and express communication insights which are clear, focused and easily usable
Hunger for knowledge and an interest in developing the IKEA Brand and business through people
Passionate about creativity and communication at large influencing people’s opinions and perceptions through communication
Understanding of retail business, with focus on the store, sales, and range knowledge
