Job Description:

Technology Business Systems Manager within the Capital Markets Risk Technology Data Strategy Team providing technology solutions for Market & Counterparty Risk Management, including data management, governance, and stewardship for regulatory capital calculation and other risk use-cases.

Job Responsibility:

Make decisions in complex situations requiring understanding of business functional area
Analyze, design, and develop risk platform enhancements
Partner with Business Sponsors to formalize business requirements
Develop and nurture relations between business stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Managers to drive user satisfaction
Manage allocation of people and financial resources

Requirements:

4+ years of Technology Business Systems or equivalent
4+ years of Software Engineering experience on major programming languages using Agile and SDLC/DevOps best practices
2+ years Leadership experience
4+ years of team leadership and/or management of Developers, Testers and Analysts
4+ years of Capital Markets, Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts
4+ years of experience collaborating with Product Owners/Product Managers
4+ years of Data Management/Lake experience
4+ years of demonstrated superior project management skills
4+ years of experience in gathering user requirements, building solutions using Test and Behavioral Driven Development
Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations

Nice to have:

3+ years of experience in Micro-service and RESTFull API development
3+ years of working with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Automation Deployment toolkits)
3+ years of experience designing distributed computing frameworks in Python
3+ years of experience in Relational DB (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or others)
