Job Description:

Assist in maximizing cluster rooms revenue through inventory management, maintaining reservation system accuracy, preparing competitive analysis, managing room authorizations and restrictions, performing month-end reporting and auditing, and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation systems.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue
Maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system
Assist in preparation of competitive analysis for market sales strategy meetings
Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions
Perform Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing
Generate, process and update property and market Revenue Management reports
Assist with system maintenance including inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting
Assist with training of new associates on revenue management tools
Assist in implementation of hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year related work experience
