Provide world-class analysis and recommendations to influence critical business decisions as well as customer purchase decisions, with a focus on understanding customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer insights strategy aligned with Bombardier’s business objectives
Gather and analyze customer data from multiple sources (deliveries, in service utilization, surveys, CRM, transactional data, etc.)
Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
