Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing OR Business Communications OR related field
A foreign degree equivalent is acceptable
Academic program(s) must have included one course in/with each of the following areas: (1) Management Information Systems, including Database Systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tools, and foundational knowledge to execute and refine drip campaigns with HubSpot and Mailchimp platforms
(2) Marketing Research, including ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and t-tests, regression analysis (linear and multiple regression), and cluster analysis for market segmentation
(3) Marketing for Managers, including 4Ps (product, price, place, & promotion) and 7Ps (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, & physical evidence) marketing mix frameworks, Porter’s Five Forces, and customer journey mapping
(4) Innovation Tools, including SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking), A/B testing, and CTA (Call-to-Action) optimization
and (5) Consumer Insights, including churn analysis, customer lifetime value, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
