Job Description

We’re looking for 2 Senior Content Strategists who thrives in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments. One Content Strategist will focus on Restaurant specific segment and the other Small & Medium-Sized Business segment. You will help build and scale a modern content program centered on video and interactive formats. This role is ideal for a creative, data-informed storyteller who can work independently, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping content that drives brand awareness, builds trust, and supports go-to-market initiatives across key customer segments.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned to business goals and target audiences
  • Identify compelling content opportunities through research, interviews, and market insights
  • Plan and produce content such as video podcasts, webinars, case studies, and interactive experiences
  • Manage an editorial calendar across channels (social, email, paid campaigns)
  • Own recurring content like newsletters and campaign series
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Create content aligned to the full buyer journey
  • Measure and analyze content performance to optimize future efforts
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content velocity and explore new formats
  • Continuously refine and repurpose content to drive ongoing value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or POS environments)
  • Strong storytelling, research, and editorial skills
  • Experience across multiple content formats (video, written, webinars, interactive)
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals like funnel stages and pipeline influence
  • Experience with social platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others

Experience with AI content tools, interactive content platforms, or podcast production
