Fantastic opportunity to join their Market Pricing team as a Pricing Manager, assisting to plan and deliver pricing related projects to deadline and quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Management, development and coaching of Lead, Senior and Pricing Analysts (circa team of 5)
  • Monitoring and management of trading position to ensure targets are met
  • Oversight and approval of the maintenance and application of models of customer and market behaviours
  • incorporating machine learning into behavioural models
  • enabling the exploration of new techniques to improve models

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a numerical discipline or qualified by experience
  • Extensive experience in insurance pricing or related analytical background
  • Detailed knowledge or experience of price optimisation
  • Experience in using Emblem, Radar, Databricks or industry equivalent
