Market Operations Specialist

• Ensure billing of network access for electricity retailers and guarantee the billing of services, as well as the processing of service quality compensations
• Monitor the billing process, ensuring compliance with SLAs and applicable regulations
• Define and optimize processes, including functional specification and acceptance testing of support systems
• Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting
• Manage BPO activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and operational efficiency

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineer or another field relevant to the role
• Up to 4 years of professional experience
• Process management and automation, including operational control
• Requirements definition for the implementation of information systems, including validation and acceptance (preferably in Agile environments)
• Implementation of KPIs and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, with experience in reporting and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Familiarity with the Portuguese electricity sector
