Market Operations - Low Code Team Co Head

• Lead and mentor a team of low-code developers / process engineers
• Leverage expertise in low-code applications to analyze complex business challenges
• Spearhead the implementation of transformation projects using low-code platforms
• Collaborate closely with Markets Technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Operations teams
• Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Conduct thorough code reviews and quality assurance
• Proactively identify and drive automation opportunities within Market Operations

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 4-7+ years of proven experience in managing and leading development teams
• Demonstrated success as a Program or Portfolio Manager, Department Head, or similar role
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Low-Code Automation Platforms (e.g., Appian, Xceptor)
• Proficiency in designing and developing database models and objects to support BPM applications
• Strong technical understanding of core Market Operations processes
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing automation solutions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Background in program/project management, consulting, technology, or management
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
