• Systems & Data: Build and refine company maps, trackers, and internal tools to ensure our intelligence remains accurate, structured, and actionable
• Commercial Impact: Link insights to performance — identifying opportunities, supporting strategic campaigns, and helping the business stay ahead of the market

• Work within the energy transition ecosystem
• Experience in market intelligence, analytics, research, or data-led role
• Data-driven, analytical, and precise with strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable leading projects independently
• Naturally curious and efficient with a proactive mindset
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and the energy transition
• Tech-savvy (Excel, AI tools, data visualisation, or similar)
• Creative with strong writing and communication skills
• Degree preferred but not essential
