Provide industry-level analytical support and evaluate macro-market & consumer insights to identify actionable strategic opportunities on “where to play” to key stakeholders, across multiple markets and product lines.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a market intelligence function
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, attention to details
Communication and presentation skills across wide range of audiences
Demonstrated ability to synthesize recommendations from vast and not always aligned data sets
Strong project management and ability to drive execution of plans in a highly complex matrix environment
Comfortable with multi-cultural team, operating effectively with people at all levels and across all functions of the organization, building and maintaining relationship
Fluent English. Additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) are a plus
Nice to have:
Experience in an agency is a plus
Packaging experience is useful but not a prerequisite
