Job Description:

This role focuses on analysing market data and trends to generate insights that shape the University’s brand, programme portfolio, and student recruitment strategies. You will use a combination of internal data, external research, and market intelligence to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations that support decision-making and campaign effectiveness. Working closely with marketing, recruitment, CRM, and events teams, you will evaluate campaign performance, identify market opportunities, and support data-driven targeting to increase applications and enrolments across UK and international markets. The role also involves managing and interpreting enquiry and applicant data, contributing to CRM development, and conducting primary research to better understand student decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • excellent communicator, confident in producing high-quality reports and presenting findings
  • highly organised and detail-oriented
  • ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines, work independently and collaboratively
  • advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • experience of conducting research
