Job Description

We are seeking a Market Insight & Demand professional to generate strategic insights that support pre-sales activities, demand generation, and commercial decision-making. This role involves interpreting stakeholder requirements, designing and executing research methodologies, and delivering findings that inform product, service, and go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Interpret insight requirements, recommend research approaches, and execute studies to deliver actionable findings
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations incorporating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence
  • Develop customer insights through surveys, interviews, and other primary research methods to support commercial and product initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis using secondary sources, including engagement with industry analysts
  • Provide research consultancy and data-driven input for thought leadership content and strategic positioning
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction with insight outputs

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes
