Leads and develops the Unit Management Team to achieve IKEA goals and standards, delivering an efficient and profitable operation. Secure the overall operation of all market central fulfillment priorities including an efficient goods flow process to replenish all customer meeting points and an excellent customer service fulfillment experience.   • Secure the overall operation of all market central fulfillment priorities including an efficient goods flow process to replenish all customer meeting points and an excellent customer service fulfillment experience

  • Lead the Market Fulfilment Unit (MFU) goods flow team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at the lowest possible cost
  • Ensure the agreed logistics actions from the store business plan are implemented in the goods flow process
  • Ensure that the delivery shipments are staged and loaded as per agreed working methods and routines
  • Contribute with relevant goods flow input and feedback to the store business plan and logistics action plan
  • Allocate and create sales space for all External Range articles and ensure they are picked and assigned for home delivery racking
  • Efficient planning of the flow of goods within the external Market Fulfilment Unit (MFU)
  • from goods receiving to sales locations for replenishment and to ensure availability of sufficient stock to meet the needs of the customer
  • Identify, recruit and develop the many talents in the goods flow team to secure succession planning
