As Market Fulfilment Integration Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: executing commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting across the Queensland market; monitoring and ensuring correct range management and stock accuracy; proactively work to optimise stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilization and low costs; being responsible for project implementation at a local, national, and global level; leading the implementation of Unit Fulfilment Solutions to ensure correct use of systems to improve efficiency and cost saving; securing competence building and development in the units and driving continuous process improvement for end-to-end fulfilment operations; guide, coach, and inspire the Fulfilment Integration team, collaborating closely with Fulfilment Operations; fostering a supportive work environment emphasizing communication, flexibility, and a performance-driven culture, while valuing diversity, inclusion, and well-being.

Requirements:
A strong understanding of key performance measurements for business planning and monitoring
Expertise in unit fulfilment dynamics and influencing factors
Developed business strategies and consistently delivered results in your previous role
Demonstrated effective collaboration and co-creation skills fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation
Acted as an influential bridge between different departments or stakeholders, ensuring engagement, alignment of goals and smooth integration of processes
Proficiency in adapting leadership styles to diverse needs and situations
Familiarity with forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure, and sales steering
An understanding of departmental interactions and their contribution to Fulfilment Integration and customer experience
Knowledge of Supply Chain methods, processes, and collaboration with business partners
A commitment to delivering customer value and operational excellence in a dynamic supply chain
Enthusiasm about applying strategic, tactical, and operational analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and business improvement
Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday)
