Job Description

As Market Execution Audit Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality monitoring of product availability, visibility, and execution standards across the market. You will lead a team of auditors, oversee field audit activities, and transform market execution data into actionable insights for Sales and Marketing teams. Your role will focus on identifying execution gaps, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting commercial decision-making through fact-based analysis.

  • Leading and developing a team of auditors responsible for monitoring execution standards in the market
  • Ensuring accurate and timely collection, validation, and analysis of market audit data
  • Monitoring product availability, visibility, and compliance with commercial execution standards across different channels
  • Identifying execution gaps and providing recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams to improve in-store performance
  • Preparing regular analytical reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for business stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with external audit agencies and ensuring delivery quality
  • Tracking and evaluating KPIs related to market execution and audit effectiveness
  • Driving continuous improvements in reporting processes, audit methodologies, and analytical tools

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher with confident spoken communication is a must
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing projects and leading teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets and business reporting
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools would be an advantage (will be an advantage)
  • Experience in FMCG companies (will be an advantage)
