We are seeking a Market Engagement Lead to join our HR Transformation function. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between global HR transformation teams and local market HR stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure market-specific requirements are captured and integrated into global HR initiatives, while driving readiness and adoption of solutions across diverse geographies. This position requires strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance global objectives with local needs
Job Responsibility:
Lead structured engagement with HR teams across markets to gather, validate, and prioritise local requirements for transformation programmes
Represent market perspectives in global design forums, ensuring compliance and operational nuances are addressed
Drive readiness and change management activities to support deployment of global HR solutions
Coordinate with solution owners, IT, and process leads to resolve market-specific issues and escalations promptly
Monitor market adoption and feedback post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain a repository of market-specific requirements, decisions, and deviations for governance purposes
Support training and communication efforts to ensure consistent understanding of transformation objectives and solution capabilities
Requirements:
Experienced in HR transformation or large-scale change programmes within a multinational environment
Strong understanding of HR processes and priorities
Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse cultures
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to bridge global and local perspectives
Proficient in managing workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and change impact assessments
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organisation
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
