Market Director of Revenue position at W Koh Samui responsible for maximizing total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms through pricing, positioning and inventory management of all hotels within the area of purview. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Balance financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit
Accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory of all hotels within area of purview
Develop and recommend sales strategy for pricing of transient customer, wholesale, and group segments
Identify new revenue opportunities
Communicate sales strategy and pricing to key stakeholders
Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners
Analyze revenue management data and identify trends
Maintain accurate reservation system information
Monitor distribution channels for hotel and competitor positioning
Generate room revenue budget
Implement and evaluate revenue tests
Provide revenue management functional expertise to property leadership teams
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
