Job Responsibility:
Identify, influence and commercialise favourable new market opportunities for the business
Ensure fair treatment of existing programs are retained within the market rules and applications
Building strong relationships with market bodies, governments and advocacy partners
Promoting the interests of Enel X and its customers at stakeholder forums and industry events
Participating in regulatory consultation processes, including by developing policy positions and preparing submissions
Leading Enel X’s response to DR capacity tenders
Ensuring Enel X staff and management are briefed on all relevant developments and engagements
Providing guidance to Enel X staff regarding market rules and compliance obligations
Requirements:
Highly professional self-starter with an innate motivation to drive change
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a succinct manner
Exceptional presentation, oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and engage decision makers
Experience dealing with ANZ electricity regulatory bodies and their processes
Deep understanding of the ANZ electricity markets and regulatory frameworks
Sound knowledge of the regulatory challenges and opportunities related to demand flexibility, virtual power plants and DER
Self-motivated, comfortable managing ambiguity, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
