Team/Function Overview: This role sits within the Market Data Services function. Market Data Services is a global function that is responsible for Operations, inventory management, business analysis, reporting and strategy for all Market Data expenses via the Optimize Spend tool.

Job Responsibility:

  • Order Management
  • including queue management via Optimize Spend (formerly FITS) system to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Work with vendors, Market Data stakeholders and Business Advisors to fulfil user requirements
  • Vendor reconciliations
  • Management of queries from Market Data Stakeholders, Vendors, Business Advisors and Procurement
  • Work with internal Market Data teams to ensure correct and timely completion of complex queries
  • Partner on Market Data Projects and contribute to the overall Market Data tasks and deliverables
  • Provide Support to Management on queries and on-going initiatives

Requirements:

  • Market Data knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Strong IT Skills, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience processing under SLAs preferred
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and confident under pressure with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
