We're looking for a Market Data Analyst who can bridge the worlds of trading, technology, and finance. You'll be an integral link between our traders, developers, and financial teams, ensuring we have the right market data to power our trading strategies while managing costs effectively. • Maintain vendor contracts, services, and recurring expense records, including contract entry and inventory management
  • Partner with Accounting to reconcile market data expenses and accruals with the general ledger, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with exchanges and vendors
  • Prepare and submit monthly usage reporting to exchanges and third-party vendors to ensure licensing compliance
  • Provision market data access for employees, including ordering terminals, IDs, and licenses and coordinating delivery with vendors
  • Support market data vendor management and procurement activities such as contract renewals, pricing reviews, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Research vendor products and exchange changes and help improve internal Vendor Operations processes and workflows

Requirements
