Job Description

The MCP S&OP serves as a critical link between Customer Operations, Category & Strategy Planning, Marketing, and Customer Business Development, ensuring alignment across all stages of the Sales and Operations Planning cycle. The role provides insights on business performance and key drivers of results by integrating quantitative data and qualitative inputs, enabling informed decision-making and early identification of risks and opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive in-month forecast delivery and proactively bridge gaps to ensure target achievement
  • Lead promo forecast planning in the medium term and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) execution
  • Participate in long-term Integrated Business Planning (IBP) through TBTT, collaborating with CSP to refine customer-facing category strategies and trade plans
  • Analyze and synthesize data, reports, and stakeholder feedback to provide actionable insights and explain performance drivers
  • Identify supply or supportability risks and manage stakeholder communication to minimize business impact or recover losses
  • Collaborate closely with WL1 teams to execute plans and deliver operational targets
  • Engage WL2+ stakeholders by providing context, insights, and recommendations to guide category and BU decisions
  • Lead in annual Winter project coordinating on servicing for Condiments during peak season

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage
  • 3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycle
  • Experience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
  • Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Commercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledge
  • Experienced in handling different teams and people management
  • High influential skills and maturity in terms of working with cross functional teams is an advantage
