Job Description:

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and data-savvy Market & Business Insight Analyst to help shape the way we gather, analyse and present data across our game portfolio. In this role, you’ll transform complex information into clear, actionable insights that guide business and game strategy — with a strong focus on compelling visualisation and storytelling. You'll play a key part in informing marketing and product decisions across the full lifecycle of our games, using your analytical expertise to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks that help us stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and evolve our data management and insight framework, guiding how we analyse, visualise and communicate findings
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities — turning them into strategic research plans
  • Lead and support research projects, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover meaningful insights
  • Translate complex datasets into visually engaging, story-driven dashboards and presentations that resonate with a range of audiences
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual tools that enable real-time and self-service access to insights
  • Benchmark game performance against market and competitor standards, using data to shape product direction and feature prioritisation
  • Share knowledge and bring others on the journey, showing how data can unlock new opportunities and support better decision-making
  • Stay close to gaming and entertainment trends, bringing fresh thinking and industry context to your recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tableau (desktop and online), Python for data wrangling and analysis
  • Experience in SQL and handling large, complex datasets, especially related to customer behaviour or gaming telemetry is desirable
  • Strong background in data processing, visualisation and data warehousing — ideally within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem
  • familiarity with Databricks is a strong plus
  • A natural communicator with experience designing and presenting clear, impactful visual stories for technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Able to translate business questions into analytical solutions, and explain findings with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborative mindset with a history of working across functions and levels, from individual contributors to leadership teams
  • Understanding of the gaming industry, especially live service games and evolving player trends
  • Experience applying statistical or probabilistic methods to real-world business or product problems
