Job Responsibility

Serves as the program’s technical authority, responsible for overall technical design, system architecture, and hardware/software integration

Ensures hardware/software integration issues are identified, tracked, and resolved
Oversees engineering release processes to ensure technical integrity, configuration control, and compliance
Ensures final delivered products accurately represent the target aircraft or maritime platform and meet all requirements
Coordinates and directs engineering activities across training device programs within a matrixed organization
Identifies technical risks, integration challenges, and resource constraints
