With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are expanding their team and seeking a technically skilled and client-focused Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high-end installations. Job Responsibility:

  • Managing end-to-end AV and automation projects within superyacht and luxury marine environments
  • Coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders to set expectations and ensure successful outcomes
  • Overseeing installation, integration, testing, and project handovers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, and project plans using Microsoft Project
  • Carrying out on-site visits, including extended periods of international travel
  • Ensuring compliance with RAMS, relevant standards, and best-practice installation methods

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AV and automation systems within the yacht or luxury residential/marine sector
  • Hands-on experience with Crestron and Lutron control systems
  • Confident working with IT networks, switches, and related infrastructure
  • Knowledge of multi-room AV, cinema systems, LED/LCD displays, projection, and high-end audio
  • Proven ability to manage complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders
  • UK-based or holding an existing valid UK working visa
  • Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
