Job Responsibility:
Diagnose, service, and repair outboards, personal watercraft, and boats from leading brands (Yamaha, Mercury, Stanley, Grady White, Key West, Rossiter, Princecraft, MasterCraft, Waverunner PWC)
Perform routine maintenance, seasonal preparations, and safety inspections
Complete warranty and recall work according to manufacturer standards
Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to ensure precise and efficient repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Marine Technician (or similar mechanical trade)
Familiarity with Yamaha, Mercury, Stanley, Grady White, Key West, Princecraft, and/or Waverunner PWC an asset
Marine industry certifications or willingness to pursue ongoing technical training
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license (marine operator certification an asset)
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects when required
Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays
