Have experience of providing technical advice and delivery of successful Electrical Power and/or Distribution engineering outcomes
As a minimum hold either: A Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 6
A Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 4, plus with a Professional body/institution related to your discipline
A Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 3, plus a minimum of 3 further years of relevant professional experience
With a Professional body/institution related to your discipline, hold current professional registration at the level listed below, plus a minimum of 3 further years of relevant professional experience
This role requires you to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years and obtain Security Check (SC) security clearance

Job Responsibility

Manage the generation of EPD requirements, defining technical deliverables/artifacts and updating other documentation for sub-systems
Verify and recommend the use of technical data to support the management and maturity of engineering documentation
Differentiate and comply with relevant legislation, regulation, policy, processes, and standards to deliver technical documentation for a sub-system
Acts upon identified risk (such as safety, environment, support, financial) and applies the principles of risk escalation and risk transfer
Manage the design of a sub-system, component or process that meets the customer requirement within realistic constraints of time, cost, and performance
Collaborate and accommodate trade-offs with other sub-system teams and specialists, over EPD requirements, and design compromises, to maximise successful system implementation and delivery
