Job Description:

As a member of the Yard Maintenance Crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our marina facilities. You will work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, ensuring that our outdoor spaces reflect the high standards of our dealership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the marina grounds in impeccable condition
  • Conduct landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting as needed
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and debris from designated areas
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and achieve overall cleanliness goals
  • Operate and maintain yard maintenance equipment responsibly and safely
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events hosted at the marina
  • Uphold safety standards and regulations while performing duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in yard maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
