Job Responsibility

Cleans and maintains docks and public areas to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests and marina staff
Ensure customers understand boating safety, operation of the vessel and aid with docking and piloting of boats
Cleans interior and exterior of vessels to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests
Restocks, refuels, maintains, and prepares vessels for guests
May assist customers with transporting luggage
Greet customers and assist with inquiries or concerns while anticipating the customers’ needs

Job Responsibility

Support seven adults aged between 20 and 55 with complex health needs
Support people to enjoy activities they love (music therapy, swimming, cinema trips, day outings, shopping, library visits, socialising)
Help people get ready
Support with full personal care and using hoists or slings where needed
Assist two people who use wheelchairs
Support one lady with PEG feeding
Prepare meals including pureed food
Contribute to household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Encourage people to be active, engaged, and confident in trying new things
Work shift patterns (7am–2:30pm, 2pm–9:30pm and occasional 7am–9:30pm long days, with alternate weekends)
