We are seeking a Director‑level Senior Engineering Lead to own and evolve the Margin Core Technology platform within the Liquid Financing Technology organization. As part of the leadership team for a fast‑growing Markets business, you will help define the future‑state platform—designing for global scale, high‑performance compute, and increased automation, while responsibly leveraging AI to enhance margin accuracy, speed and control.

  • Lead the design and delivery of central technical frameworks and calculation engines that compute margin across products, regions and legal entities
  • Partnering closely with business, product, risk and quantitative teams
  • Seasoned technical leader with deep experience of large‑scale compute platforms in a global investment‑banking environment
  • Strong understanding of margin methodologies and their underlying concepts
  • Strong experience of engineering leadership, including front‑office platform experience
  • A proven agile mindset
  • A track record of mentoring senior engineers and developing high‑performing teams
