Job Description:

Your primary duties will be to assist the Marketing and Comms Team with marketing and admissions for our various programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure prompt, professional and friendly management of queries across various channels (e.g. email, phone, social media, mailboxes, WhatsApp)
  • Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programs (tech and non-tech) and ensure closely alignment with organisational targets
  • Assist in strategising of communications and marketing strategies for organisation communication channels (Socials, Email Marketing, Events, etc)
  • Assist in creation of visuals, collateral for marcomm functions including socials, printed media collaterals, website design etc
  • Copywriting content for organisation communication channels including newsletters, social media captions, etc
  • Managing wordpress contnt and back-end including organisation website overhaul project
  • Media monitoring and social listening of competitors and landscape to assist in strategising
  • Assisting in organising and planning recruitment and marketing events (whenever applicable)
  • Support the team with program-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, graduate career fairs and employer networking events)
  • Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor

  • Familiarity with Excel, data entry, database management – not afraid to work with numbers
  • Excellent planning, record-keeping and organizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience in design, content creation and/or copywriting skills
