Job Description:

Marcom Executive role focusing on promoting Marriott brand awareness, engaging with potential owners for sales/tours, and supporting Sales & Marketing tasks within AC Hotel by Marriott Hangzhou. The role also includes assisting management in employee development and maintaining service excellence according to company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
communicate with potential owners to schedule preview package sales/tours
explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation
verify eligibility requirements for sales/tours
perform office duties such as emails, filing, and typing
assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
welcome and acknowledge guests
maintain positive working relationships
adhere to company policies and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
professional appearance
maintain confidentiality
strong communication skills
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
