Job Description:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing. The role involves preparing sales-related documents, promoting the brand image, and acting as a point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include maintaining professional appearance, following company policies, and anticipating guests’ needs while delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software
Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them
Follow all company policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Move and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
