Job Description:

We are seeking Qualified Social Workers to join our dynamic, dedicated and responsive Children’s Single Point of Access (C-SPA) service in Woking. This is a full-time, permanent MAP Social Worker role at the heart of multi-agency safeguarding and early intervention, ideal for professionals who want strategic impact, collaborative working and greater flexibility in how they work. This is a 9–5, office-based role at our Woking office, with no requirement to travel to visit children, young people or families — offering greater consistency and flexibility for your working life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a pivotal role in multi-agency decision-making, working closely with police, health, education and partner services to assess risk, analyse complex information and ensure children and young people receive the right support at the right time
  • Acting as a key link within C-SPA, apply professional judgement to threshold decisions and coordinated planning
  • Use tools such as Life Mapping and Social Behaviour Mapping to understand family journeys, link behaviour to outcomes and support preventative, strengths-based approaches

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
  • Experience in MAP Social Work, confident working collaboratively across agencies
  • Passionate, curious and committed to safeguarding children and young people
  • Analytical, outcome-focused and child-centred
