Job Responsibility:
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipment
Performs and participates in manufacturing general repairs (mechanical, electrical, pneumatical) on production equipment
Performs systems analysis, and ability to solve programming problems
Installs and/or modifies new or relocated equipment
Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical and electronic issues
Fills out all necessary documentation to comply with Company specifications (SOPs)
Performs preventive maintenance work and reports according to established standards
Capable to read and understand schematics or blue prints
Capable to programming (PLC, Drive Motors, etc.) (Windows, emails, computer in general)
Basic PC troubleshooting
Programs, modifies, implements and job flow specifications to produce meaningful and efficient logic programs
Capable to read, analyze and understand programs and system bugs
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate cause of trouble
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts
Examines forms and texture of parts to detect imperfections
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
Replaces or repairs defective parts
Installs special functional and structural parts in devices
Lubricates and cleans parts
Starts devices to test their performance
Performs all tasks in a manner consistent with safety trainings
Identifies and requests replacement parts to assist engineers to make purchase orders
Provides technical support to all assigned areas
Able to work under minimum supervision
Should be able to work with many projects and handle multiple tasks at the same time
Capable of supervising groups and being a leader in projects
Able to work extra hours, holidays (e.g. shutdowns, special projects)
Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas
Operates and controls all critical equipment per validated parameters
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechanics, Bachelor's Degree Computer and Programming Literate
five to ten years of experience in related areas
Computer literate
Must dominate three areas or more in the manufacturing process
Knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, and quality systems
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address day-to-day operational challenges
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Basic computer proficiency and experience with quality management systems preferred
