Job Responsibility

  • Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment following batch records and SOPs
  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare production equipment and cleanroom environments
  • Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and manufacturing records
  • Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready production areas using 5S principles
  • Follow GMP, safety, and compliance procedures in a regulated manufacturing setting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, or GMP experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete documentation accurately
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom or regulated production environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds
