Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to join our team in Birmingham (B15). In this role, you will play a vital part in producing world-leading diagnostic products that drive global medical progress. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a regular daytime schedule and the opportunity to work within a high-standard manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently manage your workload against the daily manufacturing plan
  • Manage and transact materials to ensure production lines remain active
  • Perform scheduled activities and basic upkeep for designated equipment and areas
  • Take personal responsibility for 'Right First Time' delivery to maintain high compliance standards
  • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and processes

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or laboratory setting
  • A strong focus on quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment
  • Competence with machinery and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Ability to follow complex instructions, multi-task, and work independently under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in a cGMP environment
