Job Responsibility:
Workload Management: Independently manage your own workload against a published plan and take responsibility for completing work "right first time"
Inventory Control: Manage inventory to ensure materials are available and accurately transacted to complete assigned work
Equipment Maintenance: Own and perform scheduled activities for designated equipment, areas, or functions
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvement initiatives across all aspects of your work
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting
GCSE level or equivalent with 1 year of experience, or a relevant degree
Technical competence with machinery
A strong quality and compliance mindset in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in IT, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to carry out complex instructions
