Develop PMP (Product Manufacturing Plan including the holistic manufacturing process flow, line layout, FA process flow, repair and rework process flow, HC, and QPL (CapEx quantity per line) estimations), communicate and drive the execution at T1 & T1.5 suppliers during NPI builds
Collaborate with the XFN team to drive SMT and FATP E&F schedule and line readiness by closely monitoring equipment delivery, line bring-up, and qualification to ensure that NPI builds stay on schedule
Manage Major Issue List (MIL, detailed flow & deliverables on Appendix) by hosting regular meeting, facilitating technical discussion to resolve open issues, driving Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FA/CA) mainly focusing on PIL/TIL (Process/Test Issue List), and providing NPI Ops' coverage as single POC through collaboration with T1 & T1.5 suppliers and the XFN RL team during NPI & NTI builds
