Job Description:

As the Manufacturing Systems Coordinator – Goods Manufacturing Processes, (GMP), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our manufacturing and packing processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will support the line manager and team leaders to ensure all regular documentation is completed within the agreed time frames. You’ll own documentation and system integrity across 3WS, Navision, and PRODIN, ensuring timely closure of work orders and high‑quality data to support production performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing all manufacturing documentation and system transactions for output, consumption and inventory
  • Ensuring accurate and timely work order closure within strict SLAs
  • Analysing manufacturing variances (operational, financial and systems‑related) and supporting cost improvement initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining Navision‑based reports, dashboards and tracking tools
  • Coaching production operators and deputies in 3WS and Navision processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency, accuracy and system performance
  • Monitoring manufacturing KPIs including yield, equipment utilisation and output
  • Upholding Vitaco’s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards and participating in hazard identification and GEMBA walks

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial or cost variance reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to coach, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially Navision or 3WS
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Exposure to change management or CI projects
