Job Description:

You will be part of a critical team that ensures life-saving technology can be manufactured reliably and consistently. You will work with a team of talented manufacturing engineers to support the equipment, processes and personnel in our manufacturing facility for Axon’s body camera devices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and develop production team members to achieve daily and weekly output targets
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor key production metrics such as throughput, yield, and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance issues
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions to drive continuous improvement in process capability and reliability
  • Coordinate daily production planning, resource allocation, and material readiness to meet delivery schedules
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations to foster engagement and accountability
  • Manage limited production control activities
  • Champion Axon’s culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • equivalent experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
  • at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and lean principles
  • Proven ability to analyze production data and drive improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English and German required
