Job Responsibility:
Manage overall work performance and production schedule to ensure adherence to metrics (i.e. SPQVC, labor efficiency, SMT OEE/CPH, operator overtime) within the department
Manage and develop manufacturing employees’ competency based on skill matrix to improve labor efficiency and product quality
Manage operator headcount according to MPS, and control people cost
Communicate with shift leader & line leaders on a daily basis regarding safety, staffing, quality, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, continuous improvement activities and best practices
Lead and execute 5S activities to maintain the area (i.e. floor, machine, fixture, shelf, magazine, box, tray, etc.) to standard, continuous improvement, constantly search for improvement and continually seek to eliminate waste
Execute daily track manufacturing related issues, and practice rapid problem solving with relative department, such as customer complaint, process failure, efficiency loss, audit finding, inventory loss, and follow up implementation of corrective actions
Implement and regular monitor OSA, taking layered compliance audit activities and fix all findings on time
Support PPAP, PRA, equipment buyoff, and smooth launch in production, monitor PTR and production sample build
Control manufacturing cost, reduce contract service, operation supply and tool maintenance & spare parts cost
Ensure all data of production report is timely, normative and accurate
Be responsible for scrap and rework control, and containment monitoring
Lead cycling and monthly stock taking and gap analysis. Stock FIFO and min-max control management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in engineering related
Familiar with SMT process and ESD control
Proficiency in auto industry quality system such as IATF16949 / VDA6.1 / VDA6.3
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, excellent communication & coordination skills
Over 3 years manufacturing management experience
Excellent oral and written English skills
SMT experience in auto industry
Expert in OEM processes and requirements
