We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruitment Assistant to join our office team for a temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is ideal for an organized professional with a background in high-volume sourcing who can immediately help drive our hiring efforts forward.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-demand industrial positions
  • Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for specialized manufacturing roles across the wood, metal, plastic, and food production sectors
  • Manage recruitment pipelines for logistics and warehousing talent, including forklift operators and cross-docking personnel
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for successful hires
  • Interviews, screening, reviewing profiles and assisting talent with payroll, and app downloads.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have proven experience recruiting specifically within the manufacturing and logistics industries
  • A strong familiarity with technical roles, production environments, and supply chain positions is required to effectively vet candidate skill sets
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the self-discipline to manage your workload during remote days are essential for success in this role.
