Job Purpose Manufacturing Quality Process Specialist will work to have alignment of quality criteria and methodologies in the plants according central quality directive. Key Responsibilities Guide, drive and support the plant quality manager to assure shipment/delivery quality and in gap analyses to develop a quality road map Be the regional quality reference on quality manufacturing procedures and the company’s directives Guide, drive and support the plant quality manager for the consistent implementation and conformance with all directives through their respective Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement for ‘zero km’ product quality and trouble-free initial product operation Track monthly, quality key performance Indicators such as DAR/PDI ADPU, CPA-XQA, FTQ, MERF-XPDI, MERF-3 MIS, ADPU, ACPU etc. Drive and support the plant quality manager to prioritize issues and identify gaps to objectives, common causes and develop robust corrective actions Drive and support the reporting of the monthly quality risk of the plant to the central quality team and drive the problem-solving activities to avoid real month end impact Drive resolution on issues affecting multiple plants, especially those involving support functions. Interact with Quality Product, SQE, Engineering and the plant to drive the solutions To understand and develop a quality model methodology / tool which is capable of being used in all plant environments Drive and support the plant quality manager on problem solving activities for the current production of the vehiclesSupport and guide the Quality Plant team to use the Lean Manufacturing/Quality tools in a proper manner and to achieve a continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Processes and Systems experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing approach and methodology

  • Statistical Process Control Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
  • Knowledge of products and their application
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming complex data into insights to support fact-based decision making
  • Professional in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and overall integration of MS Office applications, knowledge of Minitab
