Job Responsibility:
Development and optimization of manufacturing and automation processes (e.g., stamping and forming processes or CAB soldering processes) as well as the further development of related technologies
Analysis of existing production processes and implementation of continuous improvements (Lean, 5S, value stream)
Planning, specification, and procurement of machines, tools, and equipment
Development of technical concepts, specifications, and requirements
Support for commissioning, acceptance testing, and qualification of new equipment
Ensuring stable process flows, including failure analysis and problem solving
Supporting product development with manufacturability assessments
Conducting P-FMEA and initiating appropriate improvement measures
Requirements:
A successfully completed degree in engineering, e.g., automation engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in production/process planning, plant design, automation engineering, or soldering and forming technology is a plus
Knowledge of lean manufacturing (e.g., TPS), value analysis, or process optimization is desirable
Good German and English language skills are required
