Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Manage daily production process operations and ensure process optimization
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve failures
• Provide training for new hires and existing employees
• Apply continuous improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
• Analyze and improve quality issues related to product, material, or process
• Research, design, and integrate new manufacturing methods and processes
• Evaluate manufactured products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
• Estimate production costs, lead times, and manpower requirements
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Actively participate in health safety and quality audit processes
• Oversee purchase, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment
• Ensure accuracy of BOM and maintain process documentation
• Support plant ergonomics programs and initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Process Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen is an asset
• Familiar with quality management systems, root cause analysis (RCA), and 8D methodology
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and motivate others
